Leadership today requires more than technical expertise. It demands the ability to remain grounded under pressure, build trust across diverse perspectives, and guide people through uncertainty with clarity and confidence.

My work is centered on embodied leadership—helping leaders develop the self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and adaptability needed to lead effectively in today's increasingly complex organizations. I believe exceptional leadership begins with understanding ourselves. When leaders cultivate greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, physiology, and patterns of behavior, they make better decisions, communicate more effectively, and create environments where people can thrive.

For more than a decade, I have partnered with healthcare organizations, nonprofit leaders, and cross-functional teams around the world to strengthen leadership capability, improve collaboration, and guide strategic change. My background spans organizational development, project and program leadership, adult learning, innovation, and systems thinking, giving me both the strategic and human perspectives required to navigate complex organizational challenges.

My journey into healthcare began early through my father, Dr. Ingemar Davidson, whose work in organ transplantation inspired a lifelong fascination with science, innovation, and the profound impact of compassionate care. That foundation has shaped a career dedicated to helping people work together more effectively to improve outcomes.

As Executive Director of Kidney Academy, I led global educational initiatives that brought together clinicians, researchers, industry leaders, and patients to advance learning and innovation. This experience reinforced an essential lesson: sustainable change is achieved not simply through strategy, but through trust, psychological safety, and the quality of human relationships.

My coaching integrates evidence-based leadership assessments with practical, personalized development. Using the EQ-i 2.0®, EQ 360®, and Change Style Assessment (CSA), I help leaders gain meaningful insight into their emotional intelligence, leadership effectiveness, and approach to change. These assessments provide a powerful foundation for coaching conversations that strengthen self-awareness, improve communication, increase resilience, and build the capacity to lead others through change with confidence.

Complementing this work is my experience as a certified yoga instructor, where I have studied mindfulness, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. These practices inform my coaching by helping leaders develop the presence, focus, and self-regulation that enable thoughtful leadership under pressure. Embodied leadership is not about slowing down—it is about responding with greater intention, resilience, and effectiveness when the stakes are highest.

Whether coaching individual executives or partnering with leadership teams, my goal is to help people lead with greater clarity, emotional intelligence, and authenticity while creating cultures built on trust, collaboration, innovation, and shared purpose.

Based in Boulder, Colorado, I work with leaders and organizations around the world who are committed to developing both exceptional leadership and exceptional workplaces.
