My journey into healthcare began early, through my father's (Dr. Ingemar Davidson) work in organ transplantation. Watching lives transformed by medicine sparked a lifelong fascination with science, innovation, and the human side of care.

That spark has guided a career at the intersection of healthcare, education, and organizational development. Over the past decade, I’ve collaborated with professionals and organizations around the globe as a team coordinator and adult education professional—helping them navigate complex challenges, strengthen leadership skills, and create meaningful solutions. My background spans project management, adult learning, and agile approaches to innovation, with a strong focus on bridging communication gaps and fostering collaboration.

As Director of Kidney Academy, a nonprofit digital education platform, I deepened my expertise in ESKD, dialysis access, and emerging technologies. I witnessed firsthand the power of bringing patients, clinicians, and industry together through education, digital platforms, and collaborative innovation.

Alongside this work, I’ve developed a strong interest in emerging technologies and the integration of AI into healthcare, education, and consulting practices. I explore ways AI can streamline project management, enhance patient engagement strategies, and improve access to learning—whether through intelligent learning platforms, predictive analytics, or digital tools that connect stakeholders more effectively. My curiosity for technology complements my human-centered approach, ensuring that innovation is always grounded in empathy, equity, and impact.

Whether I’m facilitating online learning, coaching executives, or designing patient-engagement programs, my goal remains the same: to build collaborative, future-focused solutions that make a lasting difference. Now based in Boulder, Colorado, I continue to be driven by the belief that with curiosity, humility, and shared purpose we can achieve more together than we ever could alone.
