Born in Sweden, raised in Texas, and now living in the mountains of Colorado.

Started as a biochemist, evolved into a people connector and self-awareness guide.

As a scientist, I value data and research. As a human, I value authenticity and connection. I am fascinated with innovation, particularly in healthcare, and I am drawn to helping highly technical individuals develop the soft skills essential for connecting with others and communicating their ideas to a broader audience with attunement.

I am interested in what happens within a person and between people.

  • How do highly accomplished individuals communicate across disciplines?

  • How do teams build enough trust to challenge assumptions?

  • How do leaders remain grounded when circumstances are changing?

  • How do organizations ensure that the perspectives of clinicians, patients, and caregivers are represented when new healthcare solutions are being developed?

  • And how do we translate knowledge into meaningful action?

I have enjoyed almost 2 decades of working with brilliant people in these categories: 1) physicians and surgeons across specialties, 2) researchers, marketers, and CEOs of biotech companies, and 3) patients and families whose stories are shaped, in part, by the the 1st two. As Executive Director of Kidney Academy, I led global educational initiatives that brought together clinicians, researchers, industry leaders, and patients to advance learning and innovation. This experience reinforced an essential lesson: sustainable change is achieved not simply through strategy, but through trust, a growth mindset, and the quality of human relationships.

My undergraduate studies in Biochemistry is followed by a MS in Management: Organizational Leadership. In 2023, I completed an Executive Certificate from MIT in Technology & Innovation Acceleration.

Complementing this work is my experience as a certified yoga instructor, where I have studied mindfulness, breathwork, and nervous system function. These practices inform my coaching by helping leaders develop the presence, focus, and self-regulation that enable thoughtful leadership under pressure. Embodied leadership is not about slowing down—it is about responding with greater intention, resilience, and effectiveness when the stakes are highest.

am a mom of 2 teen gir and, married to my husband & best friend, Jason. I am deeply connected to my Swedish roots and family & enjoy trail running with my 3 doodles.
