"Yoga is the art of breathing, bending, and finding balance—in body and in life."
A Yoga Practice that is....

1. Warm & Welcoming
"Through yoga, I guide students to connect mind, body, and breath—finding strength, balance, and calm on and off the mat."
2. Nurturing & Supportive
"My classes create a safe and supportive space to move, breathe, and restore. Yoga is for every body, and I’m here to help you discover your practice."
3. Empowering & Uplifting
"I believe yoga is more than movement—it’s a practice of self-discovery, resilience, and empowerment. Together, we’ll explore the flow of body and spirit."
4. Simple & Grounded
"Yoga is a practice of presence. I teach with intention, compassion, and joy—helping students feel centered, strong, and at ease."

I have been a dedicated yoga practitioner since 2020. Through deep spiritual work, I found yoga to be an essential part of processing emotions and healing. I focus on moving energy through breath and movement to reveal a deep mind-body-emotion connection.
I emphasize physical and psychological safety through clear cues for proper alignment, using trauma-informed approaches, and always invite students to choose for themselves by listening to their own bodies.
I have a Masters in Organizational Development and experience in corporate and non-profit sectors leading diverse teams and facilitating workshops. I am a mom of 2 teen girls, married to my husband & best friend, Jason, & enjoy trail running with my 3 doodles.
