Self Report Emotional Intelligence

EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360ask how you perceive yourself and how others perceive you related to 5 scales: self-perception, self expression, interpersonal, decision making, and stress management. EQ-i 2.0 is 133 questions, takes about 20-30 minutes to complete, and is normed against a global professional sample of 20,000 people

Ability Based Emotional Intelligence

MSCEIT 2takes a unique approach to emotional intelligence by measuring ability rather than self-perception.Instead of asking you to rate yourself, it presents emotion-based problems and evaluates how effectively you identify and work with emotional information.

The assessment explores four key abilities: perceiving, connecting, understanding, and managing emotions. It includes 83 items, takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, and is administered and scored online.

Normed on a representative sample of 3,000 adults across the U.S. and Canada, balanced across age and gender and aligned with population demographics.

Change Style

CSI™ 2 measures how you naturally approach and respond to change. Using a forced-choice format, the assessment asks participants to prioritize between different responses, helping reveal the preferences that are most likely to influence their behavior when navigating change.

Results identify three primary change styles: Conserver, Pragmatist, and Originator. Understanding these preferences can help individuals and teams recognize that tension around change often stems from differences in approach rather than resistance itself -creating greater understanding, flexibility, and collaboration.

Normed by more than 96,000 people worldwide, the CSI™ 2 includes just 20 items and typically takes 2–10 minutes to complete, making it especially effective for both individual coaching and team development.
