Leadership Coaching For Technical Minds

Lead with greater awareness, adaptability, and intention.

Coaching for scientists, engineers, physicians, surgeons, and other highly technical professionals who want to strengthen the human capabilities that make expertise more effective.
Leadership today requires more than expertise. It requires the ability to understand yourself, communicate across perspectives, navigate complex relationships, adapt to change, and remain grounded when the path forward isn't always clear.

01 / Leadership Coaching

A dedicated space to gain perspective.

Leadership coaching creates space to step away from the demands of the day-to-day, gain perspective, and become more intentional about how you lead.

Rather than prescribing solutions, I help you explore how you think, communicate, respond, and make decisions. Together, we identify strengths to build upon, uncover patterns that may be limiting your effectiveness, and translate insight into practical changes you can apply in your work and relationships.

My approach

Understanding yourself is where effective leadership begins.

My coaching approach brings together emotional intelligence, self-awareness, adaptability, and embodied leadership.

I believe effective leadership begins with understanding your strengths, tendencies, triggers, communication patterns, and responses to change. From there, I consider how those patterns influence the people and systems around you.

Depending on your goals, our work may incorporate evidence-based assessments including the EQ-i 2.0®, EQ 360®, MSCEIT-2® and Change Style Indicator®. Assessments provide valuable insight, but they are only the starting point. The real value comes from translating that awareness into meaningful action.

My approach is practical, reflective, and grounded in the realities of your  work and personal life. We focus on changes that can strengthen not only how you lead, but also how you collaborate, communicate, and navigate complexity.

When Leadership Requires More Than Expertise

Grow as a Leader

I work with scientists, engineers, physicians, surgeons, and other highly technical and analytical professionals who have developed deep expertise in their fields and recognize that effective leadership requires something more.

 Connect Beyond Expertise

In technical, scientific, healthcare, and innovation-driven environments, expertise must increasingly be paired with the ability to communicate, collaborate, build trust, navigate change, and understand how your behavior affects the people around you.

Navigate Change

Coaching may be particularly valuable when you are:
stepping into greater responsibility

• Leading multidisciplinary teams

• Navigating organizational change

• Managing challenging relationships

• Communicating across areas of expertise or recognizing that the way you've led in the past may need to evolve for what comes next.

Insight is the Beginning. Change is the Goal.

Greater self-awareness can change how you enter a conversation, respond under pressure, approach conflict, lead through uncertainty, and create trust with the people around you.

My role is to help you turn that awareness into action so that the way you lead becomes more intentional, adaptable, and aligned with the leader you want to be.
